EPRA is revitalising 16 properties on the eastern side of William Street, between Roe and Newcastle Streets, Northbridge. The project includes conservation of heritage features, laneway upgrades and a leasing strategy to encourage a mix of tenants. The vision is to conserve the unique identity of the street and build on its reputation for emerging fashion, entertainment, cultural diversity and cuisine.
There are 19 tenancies available for lease, ranging from 30m2 to 850m2, on basement, ground and first floors.
Most of the tenancies have street frontage, wooden floorboards and high ceilings. The buildings will be refurbished with new internal amenities and improvements to external facades.
Leverage the unprecedented level of Government and private investment in the area including the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia, The Link project to sink the rail line and the $67million Central TAFE expansion, to name a few.
